Bonnie Lee Brown, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away at her home in Vinita, OK, on June 28, 2024, at the age of 78. She was born on December 24, 1945, in Indianapolis, IN.
Bonnie was the daughter of Fred and Helen Dodrill. She was the loving sister of Raylene Strait and Penny Kelly. Bonnie’s daughter Kimberly Price, along with her granddaughters Alexsis Price and Danielle Price, were the pride and joy of her life. She is also survived by her grandson Cody Nichols of Sneedville, TN, and her two great-granddaughters, who both reside in Sneedville, TN, and many nieces and nephews.
Bonnie is proceeded in death by her parents Fred and Helen Dodrill, her brother Terry Dodrill, and some pets.
Bonnie worked as a semi driver for 10 years, a profession she took great pride in. However, she was best known for her selflessness, caring heart, and her affectionate teasing of her grandchildren. Bonnie loved her dogs, Ittle Bittle and Bailee, and cherished the times she spent at the casino and playing bingo.
In addition to her family, Bonnie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her. All arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park of Joplin, MO.
