Christopher “Chris” Alan Horton was born on 12/19/1964 in Miami, Ok. Chris passed away September 18, 2024, leaving behind 1 son, 4 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister, along with nieces and nephews and numerous friends he considered family. Chris spent 25 years working in concrete before finding his true passion in cooking. He enjoyed fishing, bonfires and being with the people he loved. Chris will be remembered for his kind gentle nature as well as the laughs and good times he shared with so many. Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park of Joplin, MO.
