Cleo Smith was born September 24, 1950 in Picher, Oklahoma. He was the baby of six children. His mother, Wilma Smith, and Father, Willard Smith are not with us. He is up in heaven with brother, Sonny Smith, Sister’s, Alice Clark and Pat Howe. Living is his brother, Jimmy Smith and Sister, Sandy McMinn. Cleo was a major athlete in multiple sports. He won trophies and championships, as well as a wonderful father to Jeremy Smith. He was a great person and loved to 2 step. Yes, he was a big flirt too, a big ladies, man. As they say, in Picher, once a chat rat always a chat rat. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the United in Christ Church, 609 Main Street, Quapaw, OKlahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park Crematory of Joplin, MO.
