DANIEL EUGENE DILLON Passed away on March 1, 2025 at 2:45 PM at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He is survived by his mother, Della Merchant and stepfather, Bill Merchant of Carthage, Missouri His father, Danny Dillon, and stepmother Cindy Dillon of Golden city Missouri. One sister, Dana Muhaisen and nephew, Malik Muhaisen of Carthage Missouri. One brother, Derek Dillon and his wife, Erica Dillon, and nephews, Gunnar and Jase Dillon of Lamar,Missouri. 3 Stepbrothers, Nick Renfro and his wife, Carrie Renfro of Golden City, Missouri, Nathan Renfro of Carthage, Missouri. And Nolan Renfro and his wife, Brittany Renfro of Collinsville, Oklahoma. and one brother through friendship John Cyr and his wife Casey Cyr of Springfield Missouri. Many aunts, uncles and cousins and a multitude of dear friends.
Before retiring three years ago, due to health issues, he was employed for 23 years at Macys in Joplin, and he was a graduate of the college of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri in a degree of art. He was a very caring and giving person with a kind word for everyone and God has truly gained a magnificent angel. Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park Crematory, Joplin, MO.
