Francis Mewhinney IV passed away at home peacefully in Fort Scott, Kansas he was loved by his siblings, children, nieces, nephews family, and friends, he will be greatly missed by all. Services are pending. Arrangements are under the directions of Ozark Memorial Park of Joplin, MO.

So many good conversations starting in 1987. Francis loved his niece Brittany, he checked on her through the years. I will miss you brother.
My condolences to the MeWhinney family. May God show give you all comfort and peace during this period of grieving for the loss of a dear brother, uncle and other roles. I pray that you all take solace in knowing Francis is no longer suffering but is now in his eternal form free of sickness and suffering. 🙏
