Gary Robert Lee, 77, of Carthage, Mo, passed peacefully in his home with his family by his side on Saturday, April 1, 2023. He was born on November 17, 1945, to the late Luther & Dorothy Lee in Carthage
Mo. He worked for Blevins Asphalt for over 40 years & retired then went to work for C & R Disposal. He was a member of Christ Community Church of Joplin.
Gary was united in marriage to Beatrice Garrison on July 21, 1967, in Reeds, Missouri; they had two children; son Cary & (Laura) Lee, daughter Sandy & (Don) Kittrell; nine grandkids Haleigh (Derek) Powell, Michael Laney, Asia (Joe) Sansalone, Shelby (Kayleigh) Kittrell, Sawyer & Haven Kittrell; five great grandkids Jayden, Dominick, Avelynn Sansalone, Jaxson Kittrell, & Jackson Powell.
There will be a celebration of life for Gary at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at Christ Community Church of Joplin. Burial will be at Avilla Cemetery in Avilla following the service.
