Howard R. Beason, 92, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away, on July 10th, 2024.
He was born in Turkey Ford, Oklahoma, in 1932. Howard graduated from high school and went on to join the United States Army in 1952. He was married to Denia K. Beason for 41 years and were business owners of the community for decades, including Midwestern Music and The Pub, both located in downtown Joplin, MO. Howard was also a proud member of the Eagles Lodge for many years and also avid donor to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
He was preceded in death by wife Denia K Beason of Joplin, MO; daughter Judith Douglas of Garden City, KS; son Randy Beason of Joplin, MO; brother Donald; and sisters Wanda, Beatrice, Marie, and Barbara.
He was survived by one child: Ginger Molina of Joplin, MO; sister Billie Darnell of Wichita, KS; grandchildren: Jennifer Smith of Lithia FL, Shannon Huddleston of Blanco, TX, Shane Douglas of Garden City, KS; great grandchildren: Chelsea Smith and Bryson Smith of Lithia FL, Caileb Webster and Cailen Webster of TX; and great-great grandchildren: Hayley Webster and Dainen Webster of TX. All arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park of Joplin, MO.

So sorry for your family’s loss .. I first meet Howard way back when he bowled at 4th st.bowl.. Then at the Pub! Was very nice man .. Was a gentle soul never said anything bad bout anyone.. Fly high ,Howard .. Hope there’s a cold one waiting for you… 🍺🍻
