Jack is survived by his mother Audrey Ford, sister Sherry Hays, brother Timothy Ford, daughter Stephanie Rachelle Hunter and her husband Caleb Hunter, grandchildren Axil Hunter and Olive Hunter and daughter Harley Markus.
He was preceded in death by Father Jackie Dean Ford Sr., Grandparents George and Wilma Ford and Grandmother Mary Howlett.
There will be a small service for immediate family members only. The family asks that in lieu of flowers there is a gofundme page to help pay for his funeral expenses.
On December 8th, 2023, at 4:27am Jack Ford passed away peacefully at Webb City Health and Rehab. He was 54 years old.
Jack was born in Nevada, Mo on June 5, 1969. He attended and graduated from Washington High School in Vinton, Iowa. He had an array of hobbies. He enjoyed riding horses, fishing and especially cooking.
