Karl G. Kriesch Sr.

Karl G. Kriesch Sr. was born in Detroit, Michigan, on October 17, 1943,
to Karl and Mabel Kriesch and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus
CHRIST on June 28, 2024, at home with his family.
He served his country as an airplane mechanic in the U. S. Air Force
and retired with 25 years of service.
He was also an electronics technician for AT&T retiring with 32 years
of service.
Karl and Mary were married on September 26, 1986, at the Collinsville
Oklahoma park where they sang a duet, “MY LIFE’S A DANCE.”
Karl volunteered for many organizations, including: “TRUSS AND OBEY”,
Where he traveled nationwide to help build churches; Good Shepherd Hospice
for over 20 years; Vacation Bible Schools and in nurseries for 30 years;
and Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) in Grove. He spread God’s love by
helping others and speaking about Jesus.
Karl was a member of the CHRISTIAN Motorcycle Association (CMA),
LIFESAVER’S # 1268, in Grove, Oklahoma, and was the sound technician for
the Grapevines, where they spread the gospel.
Karl was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Edith Hofstra.
Survivors include his wife Mary, son Karl Jr. (Amanda), daughter
Karla (C.T.), stepdaughter Michelle Blalock (Jimmy), and stepson Michael
Strack. He is also survived by his sister Carole Guerin, 7 grandchildren,
many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
His Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, August 10, at
Lake Center Baptist Church on Monkey Island, Oklahoma. Reception at noon
and service at 2.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Lake Center Baptist
Church, 29020 OK -125, Afton, OK 74331; Truss and Obey; CHRISTIAN
Motorcycle Association (CMA) #1268 in Grove, Oklahoma; Grove Good Shepherd Hospice, or the Grove Police Department. All arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park of Joplin, MO.

    Karl will be missed. My uncle, my friend. I enjoyed every moment and every story that he shared with me. He is now With my mom, his sister enjoying each other’s company with the Lord.
    My love goes out to the family.
