Born September 20, 1940, in Afton, Oklahoma to Almon Earl Ruggles and Ethel Frankie Ruggles (Hall). She was a long-time resident of Commerce, Oklahoma. She was an LPN and worked for Don Hume Leather goods and Oklahoma Leather before retiring.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Beets of Grove, OK; Arthur Taylor of Miami, OK and Terri White of Miami, OK and a niece Dorthy Williams of Commerce, OK. She has six grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Family is planning a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Ozark Memorial Park Crematory of Joplin, Mo.
