Roscoe is preceded in by his parents, Virgil and Mabel DeGonia of Webb City, Missouri and his brother: Anthony DeGonia of Moberly, Missouri

Roscoe is survived by his brothers; William DeGonia of Mayfield, Kentucky, Jesse DeGonia of Pettus, Texas, Daniel DeGonia and Wife Kay of Mabelvale, Arkansas, Virgil DeGonia and Wife Kathy of Joplin, Missouri and his sister; Brenda Armer and Husband Thomas of Duenweg, Missouri.
