James R. Wilkerson Jr. known by family and friends as (Rusty Lawson) 59, passed away on March 15, 2023, at his sisters home in Lockwood, MO.
Rusty was born September 21, 1963, in Webb City, Mo., Class of 1982 of Lamar High School in Lamar, Mo., Served in the US Army from 1983 to 1987. Rusty enjoyed golfing, cooking, fishing and spending time with his family.
Rusty is survived by his three children, daughter Lawrenza Gann (Ben) of Salem, OR; Daughter Brittany Bishop (Justin) of Grinnell, IA; Son Bryan Bishop (Jenny) of Knoxville, IA; Grandchildren Stella and Henry Gann, Alayna, Gannon, Ronan and Natalie Sutherland, Aiden, Isabelle and Sophia Bishop; Brothers Ronald and Darrell, Sisters Tracy, Trudy, Donna and Kay; Brother-in-law Timmy and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Doris Lawson, James Wilkerson, Both Sides of grandparents, Granddaughter Jolynna Gann and sister Judy Barry.
