Sandra Benson, born October 25th 1958 to John Joseph Benson and Virginia Ruth Fly Benson, in Chicago Illinios where she resided until she move to Carthage Missouri in 1975. there she resided working as an Aide at Fair Acres Carthage for many years . Married Charles Smart of Gainesville Missouri and raised 3 children Virginia Ruth Smart Davidson, William Kareath Smart and Charles John Smart who proceeded her in death in November of 2021. Sandra was a telemarketer for several years and retired when struck by Esophogeal Cancer 2003. Sandra lived in Joplin for many years, eventually moving back to Carthage MO. Sandra is survived by her Sister Marilyn Benson Cleary ( Larry) Brother Raymond Moehle ( Tracy) Sister Jeannette Pruitt, and Letricia Gram (David) she is proceeded in death by her sister Christina Ellis (Bill) Sandra had many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren with many Nieces and Nephews that she dealy loved and enjoyed their company.
Tuesday the 11th of April at St. Marys in Joplin MO at 5:15 a mass will be said for Sandra, all is welcome to come and be with the family.
